Edgar Marston has practiced law for more than 40 years, with an emphasis on asset acquisitions, business combinations and divestitures, securities offerings and contests for corporate control. Mr. Marston's clients have included companies engaged in the oil and gas, cement production, computer manufacturing, telecommunications, biotech, heating and air conditioning manufacturing and retail sales businesses.
During his career, Mr. Marston left the private practice of law for eight years to serve as a senior officer and member of the board of directors for a major NYSE company. He has also been legal counsel to special committees of boards of directors and controlling stockholders in public companies.
