Denver Bisignano represents Fortune 500 companies in U.S. and international intellectual property matters. His practice focuses on intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, infringement studies and opinions, licensing, and related matters.

His prosecution experience includes patent drafting, responding to office actions, and conducting interviews with patent examiners of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to enhance opportunities for allowance of the claims. He has experience with a variety of technologies, including computer systems, methods, and process software, oil and gas technologies, aircraft design, internet security, medical devices, pipeline management, RFID, and credit card technologies. As well, he has prepared applications involving risk assessment and workflow processes. With strong credentials in aircraft technology, Mr. Bisignano has taught helicopter systems, including engines, electrics and hydraulics, and was an instructor pilot in the MH-60G Pavehawk.

While attending law school, Mr. Bisignano was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Melinda Harmon in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
