Deanna King concentrates on the representation and counsel of domestic and foreign energy-industry clients in regulatory compliance, hearings, disputes and associated litigation. Ms. King appears on behalf of her clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other state and federal agencies, in federal and state courts, and in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Ms. King’s practice involves matters related to competition, market behavior and market design, enforcement and compliance, open access, restructuring and transnational issues related to foreign participation in United States energy markets.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. King served as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Nathan Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas.
