Schlumberger Technology Corporation v. Ranlyn Construction, Inc.; Cause No. 2006-17391; 61st Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. Represented Schlumberger as primary associate in negligent construction case and obtained favorable settlement for the client.

Tesco Corporation v. Weatherford International, Inc., et al.; Civil Action No. 4:08-CV-02531; United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. Represented Tesco Corporation in patent infringement litigation.

MBCI, a division of NCI Group, Inc. v. Cannon Storage Systems d/b/a Vern Cannon Company and Vern Cannon; Cause No. 2008-47714; in the 269th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. Representing MBCI as primary associate in breach of contract and products liability case.

Metabank, formerly known as First Federal Savings Bank of the Midwest; Cause No. 17435; In the 154th Judicial District Court of Lamb County, Texas.  Represented Metabank as second chair in banking related litigation and obtained a favorable settlement for client.

Methodist Hospitals of Dallas vs. Metabank and Meta Financial Group, Inc. Texas, Inc.; Cause No. 08-06994; In the 95th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.  Represented Metabank as second chair in banking related litigation and obtained a favorable settlement for client.

Gavin and Sabine Stener vs. Fairport Yachts, Ltd.; Yanmar America Corporation; and, C&C and Tartan of Texas, LLC, Cause No. 2007-38971; In the 157th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas.  Represented individuals as second chair in products liability litigation and obtained a favorable verdict.

Flatrolled Steel, Inc. v. Macsteel International USA Corp., Case No. 70 155 Y 00823 08 before the International Dispute Resolution Centre. Represented Flatrolled Steel, Inc. as second chair in UCC arbitration.

Frank Hieu Vu and Hang T. Nguyen v. Document Legalization Service, Inc.; Cause No. 2007-77737; In the 269th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas. Represented Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as first chair in commercial real estate litigation.

James Hamrick and Julie Hamrick v. Corev America, Inc. and Parex, Inc.; Cause No. 2003-11136; In the 11th Judicial District Court, Harris County, Texas. Represented Parex, Inc. in products liability case and obtained the dismissal of plaintiffs claims against Parex on summary judgment.

Farouk Systems, Inc. v. Armstrong McCall, L.P.; Cause No.: D-1-GN-07-001260; In the 98th Judicial District Court of Travis county, Texas. Represented Farouk Systems as primary associate in contract dispute with a distributor and obtained favorable settlement for the client.

In re: Outsidewall Tire Litigation, Civil Action No. 1:09-cv-1217 & 1281: In the United States District Court of Virginia, Eastern District. Represented overseas tire manufacturer in litigation involving claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement and trademark infringement.

Crawford, Individually and Chris Crawford, Individually; Cause No. 2005-65599; In the 157th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas.  Represented Pioneer Exploration in negligent services litigation against a well services company and obtained a favorable settlement for the client.
