Claire Le's practice focuses on financial transactions and other commercial transactions, with an emphasis on the energy industry. These transactions include acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, purchase and sale of commodities, joint venture arrangements, structured finance, leveraged finance, and project development and project finance. Claire regularly advises energy trading and marketing organizations regarding the negotiation and preparation of trading agreements using International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Edison Electric Institute, and North American Energy Standards Board master agreements, and the applicable physical commodities and collateral annexes.
