Chris Fuller represents commercial real estate developers, property owners, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition and sales, finance, land-use planning and development. His practice includes retail experience representing shopping center developers in projects throughout Texas. His responsibilities include negotiating land acquisitions, ground leases and landlord/tenant leases as well as coordination of land use issues. Additionally, Mr. Fuller has experience representing retail clients in purchasing and ground leasing properties for the construction of retail branches throughout Texas for a major financial institution.
Mr. Fuller is experienced in heavy industrial and energy transactions where he is involved in secured transactions and has provided loan and acquisition due diligence on oil, gas and energy projects, including pipeline systems and power plant developments and underground gas storage facilities.
Mr. Fuller also maintains a commercial practice representing clients in a variety of matters, including entity formations, contracts and general business issues.

Participating on a team that provides all legal support for the development of the North Texas wireless network for one of the nation's largest wireless providers.
Loan and acquisition due diligence on oil, gas and energy projects including pipeline systems and underground gas storage facilities.
