Maria Diaz


Casey Low is a partner in the firm's trial and appellate sections, and focuses on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust claims, tortious interference with contracts and prospective business relations, defamation and business disparagement, False Claims Act claims, securities claims, and white collar matters.  Casey represents plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation proceedings, including in trial and arbitration proceedings in both state and federal court and internal investigations.  

In addition, Casey is an experienced appellate attorney helping clients defend and prosecute appeals and seek mandamus relief in the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of appeals, Texas state courts of appeals, and the Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) Panel of Texas.

Casey's clients include Fortune 500 companies and international corporations, as well as individuals and small start-ups in the healthcare, technology, aviation, energy, financial services, and real estate sectors.

After law school, Casey clerked for the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the Texas Supreme Court.
