Bryan S. Dumesnil

Mr. Dumesnil also is a member of the insurance practice at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. He represents insurers in coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and claims under the Texas Insurance Code and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA). He also represents insureds in third-party premises liability cases in the entertainment industry.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Dumesnil also provides coverage opinions to both liability and property & casualty insurers.
