Brock Bailey represents and counsels developers, borrowers, owners, and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, and divestiture of large commercial and industrial projects. Mr. Bailey's experience in the real estate industry includes office, industrial, multifamily, mixed use, and retail real estate projects. His practice includes all aspects of real estate development, zoning and land use, project finance and infrastructure development, as well as construction, leasing, acquisition and disposition matters. He also routinely advises clients on the formation and dissolution of partnerships, joint ventures and corporations.

Mr. Bailey also represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including project finance, letters of credit, working capital, and restructuring financings.

Represented REIT in connection with the disposition of large portfolio (12 office properties/3,000,000 square feet) disposition.

Representation of borrower in connection with $205 million office building refinance.

Represented a nationwide food services corporation in connection with a $55 million credit facility.

Represented an electricity producer in raw land acquisition for the development of a natural gas power plant in Texas.

Representation of telecom company in connection with corporate restructuring and $20 million working capital facility.

Represented an electricity producer in raw land acquisition for the development of a natural gas power plant in Oklahoma.

Represented a lender in connection with $100 million credit facility for energy MLP secured by pipeline and terminal facilities.

Acquisition of $35 million office tower in Houston, Texas.

Acquisition of $17 million office tower in Irving, Texas.

Represent a golf course developer/owner in all aspects of golf course development/management/finance.

Represented a German investment group in connection with multiple shopping center acquisitions/financing across the U.S.

Negotiation of various office, commercial and industrial leases on behalf of tenants nationwide.

Representing the owner of a large Class A office tower portfolio in all aspects of management and leasing.
