Mr. Tarzwell has broad experience representing public companies in SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of debt and equity offerings. And he has assisted private companies in capital raising, initial public offerings, stock exchange listings and other market transactions. He has handled numerous mergers and acquisitions on behalf of both the acquirer and the acquired. His clients have included high-end retailers, wholesalers and distributors, banks, broker-dealers and other financial service providers, energy companies and manufacturers. Mr. Tarzwell assists clients in formulating and implementing business strategies within a changing legal and regulatory framework.
