Ms. Loocke counsels and represents clients in general commercial litigation. Ms. Loocke's practice focuses on financial services litigation, business torts, fiduciary duty, and energy trading issues. She has represented banks, directors, officers, boards and committees of boards in disputes alleging lender liability claims, securities issues, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud and criminal acts. Ms. Loocke also assists clients in responding to government investigations and special inquiries, including representing natural gas trading/marketing firms in investigations by and enforcement actions before FERC.

Represented an individual in connection with breach of fiduciary duty claims against shareholders and directors of a privately held company.
Represented a bank in resolving claims brought by former customers of the bank.
