Ben Ruzow focuses his practice on complex commercial arbitration and litigation matters. His trial experience includes second-chair direct and cross examinations, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, drafting pre- and post-trial motions and briefs, supervising document reviews and document production, and drafting discovery requests and subpoenas.
During law school, Ben was a legal intern with the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices, Civil Rights Division at the Department of Justice.
