Andrew Rafalaf is a member of the trial section of Bracewell & Giuliani's New York office. His litigation practice focuses on general commercial litigation, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rafalaf was an associate at the New York office of an AmLaw 100 firm where he primarily represented clients in trial and appellate proceedings at the state and federal levels. During law school, Mr. Rafalaf worked for the New York State Attorney General and the Hon. Jack B. Weinstein of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
