Alfred Kyle represents financial institutions, non-traditional lenders, real estate developers and investors in real estate, finance and business transactions. Mr. Kyle’s real estate practice focuses primarily on the acquisition and disposition of improved properties for real estate investors, including the recent sale of a portfolio of properties located in Texas and Maryland for $75 million.
He has many years of experience in all aspects of multifamily, retail, office and industrial project construction lending on a nationwide basis, and is knowledgeable regarding the negotiation and documentation of low-income tax credit housing developments and Islamic finance transactions.
