Bracewell Represents Denham Capital in $200 Million Permian Basin Investment

Bracewell represented the Houston office of Boston-based private equity firm Denham Capital in a $200 million equity investment in Tall City Exploration LLC, a Midland, Texas-based energy company formed to pursue strategic production opportunities in the fossil-fuel rich Permian Basin.

Denham’s investment will help Tall City accelerate drilling operations and recruit potential development partners.
