Victoria Garcia To Serve on Free Trade Alliance Board

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (December 26, 2007) — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP San Antonio partner Victoria M. Garcia has been named chair elect of the Free Trade Alliance San Antonio Board of Directors for 2008 and will serve as Chairman of the Board in 2009.
The mission of the Free Trade Alliance San Antonio is to develop and enhance the international trade-related economic development of San Antonio and the region through foreign investment, trade development and advocacy efforts.
Focusing her practice on labor and employment law for more than 18 years, Ms. Garcia represents management in the full range of labor and employment matters, including immigration. Her legal counsel encompasses union avoidance, collective bargaining and the handling of unfair labor practice charges, as well as the formulation of policies and procedures relating to every aspect of the employee relationship.
Ms. Garcia also provides clients with advice and counsel on international employment issues and business immigration matters
