Trial Partner to Moderate Houston Bar Association Civil/Appellate Bench Bar Conference

Ballard Jr. will provide opening remarks and moderate the Houston Bar Association’s (HBA) Civil/Appellate Bench Bar Conference at the San Luis Resort and Conference Center in Galveston April 13 - 14.

Mr. Harris, co-chair of the event, will moderate a panel discussion and deliver opening remarks along with Mr. Ballard, President of HBA, who will also participate in a panel discussion regarding the administration of pro bono cases. \
