Thomson Reuters Ranks Bracewell Among Top Firms for 2012 Municipal Transactions

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP ranked ninth in the U.S. for municipal transactions in which the firm represented the underwriters Thomson Reuters’ league tables rank firms based on the value of transactions worked on in 2012.
Bracewell experienced tremendous growth in the public finance space in the last year. In January 2012, the firm welcomed 24 public finance attorneys focusing on municipal securities, finance, project finance, and tax. The group advises on issuances for major airport systems, public transit, universities, health care systems, municipalities, school districts, toll roads, infrastructure projects, and water authorities.
