Richard Danysh Admitted To The American College Of Trial Lawyers

HOUSTON — Richard C. Danysh, a trial partner in Bracewell & Giuliani LLP's San Antonio office, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Two other Bracewell attorneys, J. Clifford Gunter, III and Carol Elder Bruce, are also members of the College.

Founded in 1950, the College is one of the premier legal associations in America, composed of the best of the trial bar from the U.S. and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only, after careful investigation, to experienced trial lawyers whose careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Attorneys must have a minimum of 15 years of trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship. Membership in the College cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province.

Danysh has a diverse general civil litigation practice with emphasis on representing clients in a broad range of industries, such as: beverages, energy, financial services, health care, and manufacturing. Danysh has tried approximately 40 civil jury trials to verdicts involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, personal injury defense, wrongful death, premises liability, property damage, lender liability, and related disputes. His work has encompassed all aspects of state and federal trials, arbitration and forms of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, he has experience in environmental tort litigation.
