Mickey Davis Speaking at 10th Annual Estate Planning Seminar in Midland, Texas

MIDLAND, TEXAS (May 04, 2007) – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP partner Mickey R. Davis is scheduled to speak at the 10th Annual Estate Planning Seminar in Midland, Texas on May 10. The event is sponsored by the Midland Memorial Foundation and Midland College.
Mr. Davis will discuss solutions for the difficult problems that arise in an estate administration when the trusts created under the Will of the first spouse to die are not funded by the surviving spouse.
