Mickey Davis to Speak on "Pre-Mortem and Post-Mortem Income Tax Issues"

AUSTIN, TEXAS (June 25, 2007) — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP Houston partner Mickey Davis will present a one hour CLE workshop as part of The University of Texas Continuing Legal Education’s (UTCLE) 55th Annual Taxation Conference.
The conference will take place in Austin on Nov. 7-9, 2007. Mr. Davis will speak on “Pre-Mortem and Post-Mortem Income Tax Issues.” His discussion will include income tax issues arising from lifetime gifts, related party transactions, the Final 1040, basis adjustments at death, post-mortem planning options and elections.
