Glenn Ballard and Andy Spalding Elected to American Board of Trial Advocates

HOUSTON (November 26, 2007) — Glenn A. Ballard, Jr. and Andrew F. Spalding, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP Houston Trial partners, have been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates.
ABOTA is an invitation-only national organization of trial lawyers dedicated to preserving the civil trial justice system and promoting the right to civil trial by jury. Prospective members must exhibit integrity, professionalism, and civility, and must have tried at least twenty civil jury trials to conclusion.
Mr. Ballard and Mr. Spalding join J. Clifford Gunter III in Houston and Richard C. Danysh in San Antonio as the Bracewell & Giuliani members of ABOTA.
