Firm Hosts 2006 Advanced Employment Law Seminars

SAN ANTONIO (September 28, 2006) — Bracewell & Giuliani will host a series of Advanced Employment Law Seminars this fall in four of the nine cities in which the firm has an office: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Washington, D.C.
Topics to be discussed in each city will include the following:
- Developments in discrimination, wage hour and unionization laws
- Surfing, blogging, instant messaging, camera phones and other electronic pitfalls in the electronic workplace
- Applying recent judicial and administrative decisions to the Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act
- Impact of a U.S. Supreme Court decision and employer preventative actions on retaliation claims
There is a $75 registrant fee for the breakfast and seminar materials. The dates and locations of the seminar are the following:
