Bracewell's White Collar Leader to Speak at Texas General Counsel Forum

DALLAS, TX (April 16, 2007) – Marc L. Mukasey, who is a leader of the white collar criminal and regulatory practice of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, is scheduled to be a speaker at the Texas General Counsel Forum, which will take place at The Westin Galleria in Dallas, Texas on April 25.
Mr. Mukasey will be a panelist during the discussion of "Privilege and the GC – Practical Advice and Best Practices on Internal Communications and Investigations." The panel will address crucial factors that impact privilege in the corporate context, in light of the most recent pronouncements from the Department of Justice; in addition to best practices for protecting internal corporate communications.
Mr. Mukasey is a New York City based-partner. In addition to white collar criminal and regulatory defense, he specializes in internal investigations.
