Bracewell Ranks Among Top M&A Firms and Second for Energy M&A During the First Half of 2012

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is ranked among the top law firms for mergers and acquisitions in the first half of 2012, according to Thomson Reuters’ league tables. The firm was ranked ninth for the value of announced U.S. transactions in which it represented the target company, and tenth for the value of completed U.S. transactions in which it represented the target. Specifically in the energy sector, Bracewell ranked second in the U.S. for the value of its energy M&A transactions.
