Bracewell Ranked Number One By Thomson Reuters

HOUSTON — Thomson Reuters' U.S. Capital Markets Review has ranked Bracewell & Giuliani LLP as the top issuer legal advisor in U.S. High Yield Corporate Debt during the first quarter of 2009.
Bracewell was ranked first by number of issues, as well as by deal size. Overall, the firm had nearly 16 percent of total market share for U.S. high yield corporate debt during this quarter.
