Bracewell & Giuliani Represents Eurasian Development Bank In Successful Emerging Market Corporate Bond Offering

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani (UK) LLP advised the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in its US$500 million debut offering of five-year maturity notes. The notes, which were successfully placed with institutional investors, are listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The proceeds of the offering will be utilized for general corporate purposes and for providing financing in accordance with EDB’s investment regulations.
