Bracewell & Giuliani Represents Apache Corporation in Purchase of Land in BLVD Place

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented a subsidiary of Apache Corporation in its recent purchase of 6.4 acres in BLVD Place, a new multi-use development in Houston’s high-end Galleria area. The property is located on the southwest corner of Post Oak Boulevard and the future BLVD Place Drive with additional frontage on both Post Oak Lane and Ambassador Way.
