Bracewell & Giuliani Elects New Partner

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani, LLP is pleased to announce the election of Deana F. Tillotson to the partnership.
“We are delighted to recognize Deana and welcome her to the partnership,” said Mark C. Evans, Bracewell’s managing partner. "She brings a great range of skills to the firm, including in-house counsel experience, excellent client relationships and a record of success."
Tillotson's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation predominately in the energy industry. She prosecutes and defends claims involving contract disputes, securities matters, admiralty and maritime issues, and products liability. Tillotson also represents and counsels clients in matters involving risk management and insurance coverage issues. A portion of her practice is related to representation of clients in retail industries.
Tillotson earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.S. from Texas Tech University.
