Trial Practice Prevails in Appellate Case for Energy Client

AUSTIN (Feb. 21, 2007)--Bracewell & Giuliani LLP secured an appellate win for client Crosstex Energy L.P., when the Court of Appeals, Thirteenth District of Texas affirmed the lower court's decision.

Bracewell trial partner Roberta J. Hegland successfully argued there was no evidence that Crosstex, a midstream energy services company, breached its contract or that the company made false and negligent misrepresentation claims to MPG Petroleum Inc., an oil and gas developer.
