Public Law Attorneys to Speak at 11th Annual Texas Higher Education Law Conference

DENTON (April 1, 2007)--Bracewell & Giuliani LLP attorneys Christopher B. Gilbert, Lynn Rossi Scott and Maureen R.M. Singleton and Janet Sobey Bubert will speak at the Texas Higher Education Law Conference, which will be held on the University of North Texas campus on April 2 and 3.
The group will be speaking on several matters involving higher education administrators, including charter school development by a college or university, the operation of educational foundations in the State of Texas, the education of college students on the dangers of technology, and the recent legal proceedings regarding the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA).
