Evan Flaschen to Co-Chair and Speak at Distressed Debt Summit

NEW-YORK (May 21, 2007) – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP attorney Evan Flaschen will serve as Co-chair of the Distressed Debt 2007 Summit – Risks, Returns & Rewards, which will take place at the Harvard Club in New York City on May 30-31, 2007.

Mr. Flaschen is scheduled to participate in the following two panel discussions, "Everything You Need to Know about Second Lien and Other Junior Secured Debt" and "A Conversation with Industry Leaders."

Also, New York partner Mark Joachim will join Mr. Flaschen on the "Everything You Need to Know about Second Lien and Other Junior Secured Debt" panel.

New York partner Robert Carey will participate in the panel discussion "Public Indentures and Indenture Defaults."

The summit will include discussions about how hedge funds are influencing the markets, innovative strategies for trading distressed loans, and emerging distressed markets and the international arena.
