Andy Taylor and Shannon Ratliff to Speak at Texas General Counsel Forum

AUSTIN (Feb. 8, 2007)-Bracewell & Giuliani LLP attorneys Andrew M. Taylor and Shannon H. Ratliff will speak at the Texas General Counsel Forum Austin/San Antonio Chapter program, which will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin on Feb. 9.
