Public Law Partners to Speak at TASA Midwinter

AUSTIN (Jan. 24, 2007)-Bracewell & Giuliani LLP school law partners Phillip D. Fraissinet, J. David ThompsonMerri Schneider-Vogel will be among the presenters at the Texas Association of Administrators Midwinter Conference, which will be held at the Austin Convention Center in Austin on Jan. 28-31.

Mr. Fraissinet’s topic will cover conflicts of interest disclosure by government officials, Ms. Schneider-Vogel's session "Election Advertising: The Do's and Don'ts" will address the laws governing political advertising and Mr. Thompson will lead a session on school finance.
