Latin America Partners Discuss M&A, IPO Markets and Nuclear Energy

HOUSTON (September 6, 2007) – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP’s International practice has partnered with Latin Trade Magazine for a series of roundtable events.  The series is an invitation-only discussion on key topics of the moment in Latin American business for the benefit of corporate executives and general counsel.

The first event took place in Miami in June and focused on “Mergers and Acquisitions in Latin America.”  The second event, taking place on Nov. 9 in New York is “Has the IPO Market in Latin America Matured?”  The series will finish up in November with a roundtable focusing on Nuclear Energy.
