HOUSTON (Feb. 7, 2007) – Effective Feb. 2, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has elected eight attorneys to partnership. The new firm members are Deanna E. King in Austin; Bridget Toole Purdie, Michael A. Tomberg and Dale D. Smith in Houston; Ron I. Erlichman in New York; Christopher C. Rulon in San Antonio; and Jason B. Hutt in Washington, D.C.Austin
Deanna E. King is a member of the firm’s Energy Regulatory Group, concentrating on energy-related disputes and related litigation.
Houston
Ryan S. Holcomb’s practice areas include energy and finance, focusing on energy-related transactions involving the electric power and oil and gas industries.
Bridget O’Toole Purdie is a member of Bracewell’s trial and wealth management groups, advising clients in the areas of trusts and estates administration, fiduciary litigation and guardianships.
Dale D. Smith’s practice emphasizes the structuring, drafting and negotiating of a wide variety of financing transactions. He represents financial institutions and other lenders as well as borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions.
Michael A. Tomberg advises on issues involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), employee benefits, and tax.
