Mark E. Palmer, partner in Bracewell & Giuliani’s New York office, is interviewed in the Crain’s New York Business for “NY Firms Chasing Persian Gulf Riches.”
Mr. Palmer commented on the boom occurring in the Middle East’s Gulf states. "We’ve picked up a lot of work lately from Gulf-based investment groups,” said Mr. Palmer. “They are making investments in a wide range of industries, from retail to logistics to energy,” he added.
