Gulfnews.com (Dec. 22, 2006) quoted Bracewell & Giuliani attorney Joshua Zive as a trade analyst resource in a story reporting that the United Arab Emirates will be one of the British government's Top 10 priority business partners over the next five years.  Mr. Zive commented that "the reason for the increase is that Dubai has been rapidly expanding its role as a facilitator of trade in non-oil products."
