We have particular experience representing financial services companies, telecommunications providers, technology companies and public and private educational institutions in all areas of banking, finance, real estate, litigation, labor and employment, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate, and public and school law.
Bracewell & Giuliani opened our Dallas office in 1989. In September 2006, the office moved to the I.M. Pei-designed Fountain Place, one of the most iconic features of the Dallas skyline. This new location provides state-of-the-art technology, meeting facilities and a full-service business center, all which enable our clients and attorneys to conduct business effectively and efficiently.
The members of our Dallas office are also highly committed to the local community. As individuals and as a firm, we actively support a range of charitable, cultural, civic and social-service organizations and efforts. These include Habitat for Humanity, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the March of Dimes. After Hurricane Katrina, our attorneys provided free legal services to displaced victims; several others helped organize a benefit concert that raised funds for local schools that had incorporated a large number of newly transferred students.
