We have particular experience in intellectual property-related antitrust issues such as licensing and cross-licensing issues and antitrust claims based on the enforcement and procurement of patents.
Our antitrust team represents clients from a wide range of industries, including energy-related businesses such as petrochemicals, cement, oil and gas production, refining and processing, and pipelines; consumer businesses such as airlines, alcoholic beverages, compact discs, funeral homes, retail gasoline and convenience stores; and medical devices and related industries.
