Hodgins represents and counsels public school districts, junior and community colleges, universities and other public education entities in litigation concerning civil rights and First Amendment issues, contracts and service agreements, labor and employment matters, special education law, student discipline concerns, and technology issues. Mr. Hodgins was actively involved in the revisions of Chapter 37 of the Texas Education Code.
