Phillip L. Sampson Jr. focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation.  He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state courts, federal courts, and before arbitration panels, and he has successfully tried a number of jury and non-jury cases in both state and federal court.  Mr. Sampson has also successfully handled a number of appeals at the state and federal level.

Mr. Sampson represents clients in a diverse range of matters. Among other areas, he has prosecuted and defended cases involving complex contract and payment issues, trade secret and intellectual property rights, fraud, construction and products liability, real estate and landlord/tenant issues, securities fraud, defamation, employment claims, insurance claims and personal injury. Mr. Sampson also has experience trying probate cases.
