Adam M. Adler's practice focuses on financial restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Adler places a particular emphasis on special situations, investments and acquisitions in distressed and insolvent companies, and both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Adler's clients include purchasers and sellers of distressed assets and businesses, private equity funds, corporate debtors, official and unofficial bondholder and equity committees, and individual creditors. Among other clients, Mr. Adler has represented Vornado Realty Trust, ANC Rental Corp., aaiPharma Inc., Sean John Clothing Inc., and official and unofficial committees, or significant creditors, in connection with the restructurings of Oxford Automotive Inc., Calpine Corporation, Adelphia Communications Corp., OOC Apparel Inc., and Texas Petrochemicals LP.
Before joining Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Mr. Adler was associated with a New York-based AM Law 100 firm.
