Travis W. Gill represents employers and management in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, in matters involving contract disputes; discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, disability, equal pay and gender; EEOC disputes; and wage and hour issues. In addition to representation in litigation, Mr. Gill assists management in the development and enforcement of employment policies, the creation of employee handbooks, and advises management regarding all issues related to the hiring, retention and firing of employees.
