Michael L. Dinnin’s focuses his practice on general commercial litigation. He represents and counsels clients on issues and disputes in areas as diverse as banking, consumer finance, mortgage lending, class actions, distributor and franchise issues, oil and gas, environmental and toxic torts, construction, products liability, premises liability, employer/former employee disputes, telecommunications, trademarks, professional liability, insurance, antitrust and securities litigation.
Mr. Dinnin has tried cases at every level in state and federal courts throughout Texas and in several other states. He also has argued appeals in both state and federal appellate courts, and handled arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. His recent cases include representation of entities and individuals in litigation and trials involving issues of fraud, breach of contract, interference with contractual relationships, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, environmental contamination, trademarks and trade secrets, lender liability, products liability, personal injury, insurance, deceptive trade practices and securities fraud.
