Mr. Bailey has represented both lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing arrangements, including syndicated facilities for both leveraged and investment-grade companies, first lien/second lien transactions, multicurrency facilities, acquisition financings, and oil and gas exploration and production and pipeline financings.

Represented a national bank, as administrative agent, in a $125 million secured revolving credit facility for an oil and gas exploration and production company.
Represented the administrative agent in a $2.5 billion senior financing for one of the world's largest investment management companies.
Represented the administrative agent in a $155 million first/lien second lien financing for the acquisition, by a healthcare management company, of the owner and operator of a chain of hospitals.
Represented a national bank, as administrative agent, in a $435 million secured financing in connection with the acquisition of a public voice and data service company.
Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in a first lien/second lien financing for the acquisition of a nationwide restaurant concept by a financial sponsor.
Represented a national bank, as administrative agent, in a $100 million senior secured credit facility for a pharmaceutical company.
