Gregg L. Goldstein represents and counsels business clients in complex commercial litigation. He has participated in trials involving issues of antitrust, banking, energy, eminent domain, condemnation, foreclosure and construction law, and general contractual matters.
Prior to joining Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Mr. Goldstein was a legislative analyst for a trade association in Washington, D.C. focusing on environmental regulations. Mr. Goldstein also was an article and notes editor for the Texas International Law Journal from 2003 to 2005.
