Laura Fellow is an associate in the Energy practice assisting clients on various infrastructure development and project finance matters.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Ms. Fellow was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph J. Farnan, Jr. of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Ms. Fellow attended law school at the College of William and Mary School of Law, where she was a member of the Bill of Rights Journal, which published her student Note, and the International Law Society.
