Aaron P. Roffwarg primarily is engaged in real estate development and finance transactions for commercial, industrial and retail properties, and energy industry facilities. Mr. Roffwarg’s extensive range of experience also includes the full range of construction, leasing, and property sale, acquisition and financing matters, as well as the modification of loans and workouts on all types of properties. He routinely advises clients on the formation and dissolution of partnerships, joint ventures and corporations.
Mr. Roffwarg represents financial institutions, project sponsors and corporate borrowers in project-financed transactions related to power plants, mining facilities, manufacturing facilities, and commercial and industrial real estate. Additionally, he negotiates and prepares hedging arrangements and other derivative instruments dealing with commodities.
