NASD Arbitration No. 05-03586, Joanne Montgomery Moore, et al. v. Prudential Securities Inc., et al. Defended financial services client against alleged securities fraud and related claims.
Cause No. 2004-19666, RWS v. Dyncorp. International Services. Defended large government prime contractor in litigation involving a construction sub contractor at NASA. Case settled favorably before trial.
